A few years ago I left ServiceNow to build Gravy Wealth. Ownership infrastructure for high-earning professionals who want to shift from being good at their jobs to being good at owning real things.

That decision came from a pattern I kept seeing. Folks with strong careers, strong salaries, strong everything on paper. And a creeping sense that the trade was not working. The W2 was the trap, not the gift.

The hard part was never wanting out. It was figuring out the actual move. Acquire a business? Build a real estate portfolio? Create a digital asset? Advise as a fractional executive? Launch something new? The pathways are real, but the playbooks are scattered.
